The Asian Area Organized an International Starters Seminar for the Asian Area Starters from 8-9 May 2019, Yokohama, Japan. Mr. Alan Bell from the IAAF Starters Panel and Chief Stater from the 2012 London Olympics successfully conducted this 2 day seminar.

Expressing his views on the qualtity and level of participants he stated that Asian starters pocessed expertize that are of an International standard. He hoped that these starters will perform their duties very well during the 2020 Asian Games scheduled to be held at Tokyo, Japan. (Salman)
