CECS Level II Course on Throws 
CECS Level II Course on Combined Events
As a Lecturers in this course are:
Mr. Thomas Antonio Zuddy Mendez (Paraguay) dan Mr. Albert Miller (Fiji).
The course began with a welcome speech by the Director of the Jakarta ADC, Mr. Ria Lumintuarso and a detailed explanation of the course activities by the two Lecturers.
The Lecturers give course material in theory in class and practice in the field and at the end of the activity the participants must carry out a series of 4 stages of the exam, namely: Practical, Micro Cyclus Planning, Theory, and Oral.
After the exam is over, the Lecturers then briefs each participant to explain the results of the exam as well as the competencies they have achieved.
Furthermore, participants are given a certificate in accordance with the results that have been achieved.
