The Series 2 Gender Leadership Seminar was held on December 28 – 30, 2020 (04:00pm – 08:00pm), and was attended by the same participants as in the first Series. This Series 2 was as well as ended ADC Jakarta activities throughout 2020.
The activity started at 04:00pm (Jakarta/Bangkok Time). Before the two moderators (Ms. Soha Marzouk and Ms. Siti Aida Tawang) delivered their material. The supervisor (Ms. Janie Frampton) gave a brief speech emphasizing that the participants should be more active and enthusiastic in participating in this webinar.
Followed by the two moderators who alternately presented the main material,: Personal Brand and Communication, Change Management, Mentoring for Success and Discussion.
To further activate involvement of the participants in presenting the results of the discussion, various methods were used by the Moderators. Such as, the Moderators appointed directly by name to one of the group members, likewise by asking their opinions related to presentation materials
The second webinar series was closed by Mr. Ria Lumintuarso (ADC Jakarta Director) on December 30, 2020, at 08:30pm. He hopes that all participants can become the World Athletics Agents to contribute positive change for the development of Athletics sports in their respective Member Federations.
The third series of Gender Leadership webinar activities will be held on January 13-15, 2021.
