In accordance with Women’s Commission World Athletics program 2020 and through the AAA Development Commission, ADC Jakarta held a seminar related to Gender Leadership. This seminar is divided into three series and it is the last activity of ADC Jakarta in 2020.
Series 1 was attended by 36 participants representing 18 countries, namely: AFG (1) – BAN (3) – BHU (2) – BRU (1) – CAM (1) – INA (3) – IRI ( 2) – MAS (2) – MYA (3) – MDV (1) – NEP (3) PAK (2) – PHI (2) – SGP (2) – SRI (3) – THA (3) and has been held on December 14 – 16, 2020 (06:00 – 09:00 PM, Jakarta Time).
The participants are those who are active in their respective Member Federation, among others as Coaches, Technical Officials, Treasurers, Secretaries, and some even serve as Vice President at Member Federation.
The seminar was held virtually through media zoom, and was officially opened by Mr. Salman Iqbal Butt (AAA Development Director), on December 14, 2020, at 06:00 PM (Jakarta Time).
The moderator for this webinar is, Ms. Soha Marzouk (LEB) and Ms. Siti Adia Tawang (BRU). While the supervisor is Ms. Janie Frampton (GBR).
The two moderators started the activity with “Ice Breaker” and continued with other materials, including: Intelligent Emotion, Learning Style, Community, Equity and Equality.
On that occasion too, Ms. Janie Frampton provided encouragement to participants regarding their role in the world of athletics in their respective countries.
In this activity, the two moderators presented material with the discussion method which was divided into several variation of groups. Then each group presented its result of discussion.
Series 1 was ended on December 16, 2020 at 10.00 PM (Jakarta Time) and closed by Mr. Ria Lumintuarso (Director ADC Jakarta). This Seminar activity will be continued with Series 2 on December 28 – 30, 2020.
